Food Freedom

  • Eating is at the heart of so much of what we do as humans - it is a source of connection, comfort and pleasure. So many of us develop strained relationships with food and eating, which can make going about life exhausting. Many of us end up spending inordinate amounts of time focused on how we should eat, without enjoying our food. It is possible to learn to be intentional with what you put into your body, while building a loving relationship with yourself and your body.

  • Exercise can be joyful rather than a form of punishment. To reconnect with your body and what types of movement feels good, you need to look at your thoughts about exercising.

  • Our bodies are capable of amazing things, and yet so many people feel distain and disgust for their bodies: only seeing shortcomings it the way they look. Working with me, you can work to change the way your body looks, in a gentle and loving way, while learning to love it.


Get More Done

  • All of us procrastinate - and even in small, daily doses, it adds up to making the difference between achieving your dreams and living a safe and slightly disappointing life. Exploring the feelings you are avoiding when you procrastinate can transform how you go about your day and transform your life.

  • So many of us have become experts at avoiding, so much so that we lose sight of what we want and who we want to be. It takes careful attention and reflection to work out what it is that truly matters to you, what you want from life and what steps you need to take to get there.

  • The word “organisation” may seem uninspiring, and yet the truth is that having systems in place to efficiently get through your tasks is essential to be able create amazing results in your life, while enjoying it.


Relationships

  • Our friendships are an important part of what makes us who we are. Like romantic relationships, friendships are an important source of love and joy in our lives and, like romantic relationships, they require work, attention and re-navigating.

  • Romantic love is held up as a goal to achieve, a proof of our self-worth and as a panacea for all of life’s pain. All of this pressure on our romantic relationships can make it impossible to enjoy them. You can learn to counteract the messaging that can be internalised, and decide what it is you want from a romantic relationship. Whether you are in a relationship or not at the moment, working with me will give you clarity about what you want and how to make that happen.

  • Your relationship with your family members can influence how you see yourself, and all of your other relationships. This is true even if you have not spoken to them for years. Exploring your thoughts and feelings about your family can bring insight and relief.
